give your recommendations for hotel(no pool),in room safe,a/c,good bed(not hard) and great shower(bath is bonus) for on/under 1000/night.

 

1/just off walking street...(have stayed secrets+galaxy)

 

2/anywhere between soi 6------soi 13/2

 

the hotels with most mentions will be checked out(if have web address) and chosen accordingly.

 

p.s no answers for hotels under 800 night as likely poor (me thinks) unless there's a unknown gem.

Try PJ inn off Cental Pattaya road, soy 12. clean cheap and convenient. 7/11 opposite, motor bike taxi out side front door . only 5 min walk to soy 6/7/8/. You get air con TV fridge, cheaper by the month , if you are staying for three weeks , some times cheaper by the month , just check out a week early just say you have to go home early.OH and girl friendly..

Soi 6, great showers (deluxe rooms especially), decent beds, perfectly fine a/c, but I don't recall about the in-room safes. Anyway, all of it is included as well as wi-fi and a decent host for 800b for a deluxe room.

 

Just another in a plethora of possibilities.

i would suggest the pasadena lodge hotel on soi lk metro. it is fairly new and has inroom sfes, good beds and good showers, low season rates are 700 baht for small room and 800 baht for larger room, i stayed there in march and it was very good....

This is the cheapest, most decent, place I've stayed to date. 4K baht for a week + 570 baht daily thereafter through September. Previous reviews available via search.

Hi chaps,

 

I am looking also for a fairly new hotel room below 1000b p/nt in July in the Pattaya or Jomtien area.

 

I know theres always new 1s opening so wondered if anyoe can reccomend a newish place???

 

Has to have a pool / acon / safety dep box / girlfriendly & quiet clean too etc...

 

Got to match same facilities as Pattaya Bay resort as stayed there b4 was impressed to but bit put off if theres a lot construction nearby???

 

Used to staying soi buakow area but dont mind 3rd Rd/ Jomtien/ pattaya tai areas.

There are many good hotels in Pattaya. I with the family (2 adults, 2 kids) usually we stay in Mercure Hotel Pattaya. We quite accept quality of service and the price.
