7500 - 9000 baht monthly guesthouse?

Hi everyone

Need help just arrived back in Pattaya and looking for a monthly guesthouse/room for about 7500 - 9000 with aircon, safe or deposit box, clean rooom. No pool required and cleaning of room once a week is ok. Around Soi Bukahou or other areas ok aswell near second road...looked through the forum but no luck and asked a few places and most want around 12 000 +

 

Help much appreciated - Thank you heaps if anyone can help

I know that 9000 to 12000 is a 33 % increase - but I really think your budget is too tight for enjoyment if 3000 baht extra per month is bothering you

 

Still - to each their own - and I wish you a wonderful vacation

Try Thomson and the one next door on Soi Buk, both in your price range!

Also "Tycoon" and "Nirum"

Plenty about if you take the time to search properly,however you only get what you pay for!

Not sure that is it still in time for you or not. But we have room for rent which is large and clean with full furnished. (Aircon, TV , fridge , cable ,warm shower)

If you are in Pattaya and have the time to look then you should be able to find long term accommodations nearer the 5000 baht price range. It helps to speak Thai or have girlfriend. My TG has 32 Sq m room in Naklua in newer building. The bill this month was 5764 including power, water, cable. We don't use the aircon much. You can buy your own safe and for just a few baht have a gal come in and clean. When I first met her, she had a townhouse that only cost 8000 baht. She hardly had a stick of furniture and it was off the cheap transport route so had to give it and her two dogs up. Just walk around a bit and you will see the signs for room for rent. If the sign is in english, they will rent to you.
