Bella Villa Prima or Summer Spring

Recommended Posts

I've stayed in the past at Sabai Inn on soi2 and while the hotel has much going for it,

the hotel is showing it's age and lacking in some modern features.

Only the fan speed can be adjusted on the air con not the temperature setting..the wired tv remote

on the nightstand may have been great in the 1960's ...and there is no balcony

I do like the area so I would like to try either the Summer Spring on soi1 or the Bella Villa Prima on soi4.

Standard rooms are only about 100bt difference and both offer the features I want.

So if you are familiar with either or both which would you prefer to stay at based on hotel and room

quality and location for walking to big c and the soi 3 beer bars.

Thanks, Walt

edit - this trip room at Sabai Inn had new large screen tv and conventional remote

Isn't the Summer Spring a brand new hotel owned by the same group who own the Sandy Spring on Soi 13?

Yes Walt3 If you like to stay in this area check it out so you can do a review.

I seen the Bella on agoda, but noticed service charges tax etc are not included in the prices they quote

I can no longer recommend BVP. It's in a great location: close to Big C, soi 6 and sabai. But, the hotel charges upscale rates for substandard rooms. The rooms have not been remodeled, refurnished or properly maintained since I began staying there in 2004.
