Air Asia X (update)

Recommended Posts

Any chance the tube runs from Heathrow to Stansted?

If a train ever runs between LHR and STN it will be overground, but with economics as they are, a bus around the M25 will be the connection for some time. That journey, will be in the hands of the Gods. :moon

probably won't save much if i booked with them, living close to Manchester Airport as i do now.

However, my respect for Malaysia and their anti-Israel stance has increased exponentially..................i just wish that more nations (mine included) had the balls to say that people from Nazi terrorist states (Israelis) weren't welcome in the rest of the world.

Does anyone know when Air Asia X's next firesale will be?

You could get the Victoria line from Heathrow, to Tottenham hale, then the stansted express.

the only trouble is getting through London, with luggage is a nightmare during rush hour.

I am going out on a limb here... get back to me if I am wrong..... but somehow I don't think Israelis have a lot of time for Nazis. Israelis, when they travel, normally do so for business, something they do quite well. Apart from a bit of retaliation after Munich, there is not much record of Israelis flying anywhere to support terrorist actions. Those that do, you are right, should not be made welcome. Perhaps like Saudis in the USA, Pakistanis into India....etc etc.

You put the document in you scanner and press the button marked "SCAN" and save as a jpeg file.

Alternatively take a screenshot of the document.

Put it this way Jacko.

The Nazis wanted their own people to live in their own land, with the exclusion of others. A non intergrated society.

Israel is nothing like that.

how's the genocide of the Palestinians going?..........................Ay Okay then :D ....................you're all right Jack o !

And, by the way, Israelis aren't a race.......................no matter what the idiot box tells the slack-jawed yokels amongst us.

Err, I was being a tad sarcastic there.

Not only are they not a race. Israel has no official border either. Only 1948 partition and 1967 ceasefire lines.

The place was created by wars. The Brit's agreed to create it for the Jews, if they could help pull America into WW11. A Mr Balfour was responible.

Actually, Nazi Germany in the 30's, had a lot of dealing with the zionists to help create their own state.

Wonderfull thing history. No wonder it takes such a low priority in modern education.

You're right Tom.

So many of todays 'victims' have a murky past.

Best kept out of sight of the children.

I still recon Thai and Eva will have some comparable offers to Air Asia next year.

The walls were built for exclusion and protection, they are an ugly thing no doubt. The Israelis, people of the State of Israel, contend they are defending themselves. I think using the word genocide shows some ignorance, if anything genocide is religiously instructed to those on the other side of the wall. This is not a place for this discussion, there would be no resolution, it is so contentious. But I stand by my statement. The Israelis certainly do not want to emulate the 'nazis'. I do not believe they practice 'genocide', they practice a harsh self defence and a practice of aquiring territory. The words you use do not apply, but one can sense the accompanying spittle.

nidnoyham,

I think the AirAsia product is aimed at those folk who want to go on from KL e.g. Clark, Siem Reap, Vietnam etc and that's where the value lies, not in 14 days at Pattaya-on-Sea.

I'm booked with them in March but I was already booked up to be in Malaysia for around 10 weeks beforehand so it ties in well for me.

Funnily enough, the exchange rates now make it good value for those guys in LOS with Baht income to book their flights commencing in UK rather than LOS. The equivalent of around 75k baht for a biz class trip is good value at the moment.

I added the last line as an edit and slightly regretted it, but I do seriously think adherence to religion closes off one's mind. Yes, of course one can measure a few inches using a 30ft tape! :banghead

I don't believe I am ignorant or callous or a fool, but go ahead and throw insults about, you have never met me, know little of me, yet presume to know so much. I see this morning Palestinians were killing their own with their rockets, what stupidity and tragedy.

I will admit to some ignorance, never having been to Israel or Palestine, but I can rattle off having been to a lot of the surrounding countries, and Palestinians abounded there. Israelis were far from welcome.

Get you Tom.

I am only interested in BKK-LHR-BKK for Si right now. I know you recomended Jet Air for her, but last time she came via CMB on UL. The travel agent mentioned the 3 hour layover in CMB, but didn't mention the 7 hour one there, on the way to LHR- at night !

I did say I would try for a direct flight if pos'. Money being as tight as a gnat's chuff at the mo' doesn't help. A £450 return fare will do nicely- the visa is 65 quid now, plus a 450bht charge to get into the Visa Office in BKK. I 'aint made of money you know.

Anyone in LOS trying for a LHR-BKK-LHR ticket, please let me know what prices you are getting for April/ May- return July. Ta very much.

nidnoyham,

I wish you luck. There ain't a lot under 30k+ Baht at the moment for flights originating in LOS.

Thanks Tom,

I am finishing off the turkey carcase for Herbert today. I will give that wishbone a good pull.

Talking of Turkeys, Brentford won Boxing day. Our Turkey is safer, because we got rid of the Butcher.

He was useless, so we sent him to Scotland to be second in command for the Scotland team. Hopefully he specialises in Haggis - good luck with him.
