Very short short time bar fines at Secrets?

After just looking at the Secret's board I'm now even more confussed by the some of the comments of the OP. He stated earlier something like "Who's Soi 7? on this thread. Well I noticed that cebual is a member of the Secret's board and joined both boards at the same time 28 Oct.. If anyone else is a member of Secret's then it's pretty hard not to know who Soi 7 (Larry) is because he's a very prolific poster whose avatar includes a picture of himself with 2 BGs. Also cebual has already been admitted to level 2 on that board which means you have to be known to the mods and the quickest way is to introduce yourself to Soi 7. I noticed that cebual posted a reply to a thread that Soi 7 started that showed the current lineup of daytime coyote dancers which included himself in the photo (ruined the photo). In another topic posted regarding the new Sunderland manager cebual posted that Larry would be the best person for the job.

 

Nowhere does he bash Secret's only talks highly about the place and enjoys its food. Appears to go there often and is still in Pattaya. I just don't understand why he didn't raise his concerns with them as he's had plenty of chances.

Further, dont go assuming that he knows everything you know. We don't, or at least I don't. That's why we/I take the time to tell you what we/I know, so you can decide for yourself if his warning is valid.

The problem is that many of us who have spent a fair amount of time in Secrets and bar fined numerous girls from there just don't find his warning credible.

I don't think he made this up as I posted that he had nothing but praise for Secret's on the Secret's board. I just find it hard to believe that he doesn't know who Soi 7 is when he's a member of the Secret's board and has been in Secret's during his current holiday more than I have during the past year and I was in Pattaya for 8 months. He also got to level 2 in less than 2 months where others on that board have been members for months and are whinning why they can't get to that level and the quickest way to get to level 2 is to introduce himself to Soi 7.

 

I also asked why he didn't personally raise the issue with management when he's had plenty of opportunity. If he had and gotten a piss poor response then blast away and tell everyone of the problem. I like warnings, just would like a little more detail and justification especially when its easily available.

You weren't joking about the not been to school bit. Who are "many of us"?

 

I'm sure that there are loads of instances around town at the moment where folk are trying to get maximum baht for minimum service. It isn't just the girls ..... hotels, bars, shops etc are sure to be trying to make whatever baht they can in what is widely predicted to be a pretty crap peak season.

 

As another poster said, the OP has probably done the bar in question a favour by highlighting a potential problem.

I've mentioned this a few months back so I'll repeat for the OP since he's relatively new to the board.

 

Some months back a customer was in Secret's drinking with one of their ladies and buying her L/Ds. They had discussed going L/T and a deal had been reached between them. Larry had been by and had talked to the guy prior before moving on to talk to other customers. Awhile later he stopped by and the guy was by himself and he asked if the BG was back in the locker area changing. The customer said yes but that she was not going with him as one of her prior customers had just arrived and that she was now going out with him. Larry called the service girl over and told her to have the cashier deduct the cost of L/Ds from his tab and to charge those cost to the BG. When the BG found out, she wasn't to happy and asked Larry why? He asked her why she had changed her mind about going out with the 1st guy and her reply was that the former customer paid her more than what she had agreed to with the first guy. Larry then told her that she would then have plenty of extra baht to pay for her L/Ds. This was done without any complaints from the first customer and I'm sure that what happened quickly spread amongst the other BGs that this type of behavior would not be accepted.

Still dont see the harm in the OP posting here to warn fellow BMs. If I went in to Secrets and saw a hot TG I wanted to BF, I would. Bearing in mind this post, I would get her to agree how long she would stay at my hotel and I would ask if she was menstruating before we left the bar. OP has maybe saved any aggravation for me, the TG and for Secrets because I would have went back and requested the barfine returned.

Sure, but he did nothing to solve the problem. He just left it for others to deal with.

Some people dont like confrontation. I understand that perfectly, though I would have preferred a more direct approach from his point, I do understand him not wanting to go that route.

 

As to the warning, I do think it is valid.... I have other information that confirms that this type of thing IS happening at Secrets at the moment, either without the knowledge of management or with their approval... tho I doubt the latter.

 

I like secrets, but I dont like secrets enough to cover up a truth like this (if it is indeed the truth).

There are a lot of ASM's out there who will jump on any hint that there might be a problem at Secrets and assume, with no proof, that it must be true simply because they hate Secrets and look for any possible opportunity to slag it. Im not saying the OP was wrong but I do question some things.

 

I've been mongering for over 40 years and belive me any girl I took out of ANY bar and returned back after 10 or 15 minets Id be hot on her ass getting a refund or a trade!!!

 

As for not knowing Larry? I have aq little problem with that too. Larry is one of those guys that goesout of his way to meet people in secrets especialy if you're in there for a period of time.

 

I've known Larry for a long time and think he's a stand up guy.

I know if you have a problem with a girl he will look into it but as he says there's 2 sides to every story.

 

I can tell you this. If Larry hooks you up with someome and she turns out to be a dud he will look into it IF YOU LET HIM KNOW. and he wont be refering her to other BMs.

 

Keeping in mind these girls will not react the same to every customer. She may be a 3 holer with me and not you and vise versa.

 

In all fairness this is being brought up to the wrong people. I thank the OP for his observations but it need to be brought up to thye persons that can do something about it. ie Larry or Ben

Another thing that bothered me was that there is no mention in the OP of the girl's name. The post just paints Secrets with a wide brush.

You should ask this of Soi7 on the Secrets board. If you feel there is a problem there, you should have spoken to management there. You spent days there and never brought it to his attention?

 

For the record, there are no gogo dancers at Secrets, only coyotees, hostesses and service staff.
