Another option for about the same price is EVA Air out of Newark(EWR). The best thing about it is that both AMTRAK and New Jersey Transit trains make stops right at the airport. The only problem is late night arrivals on the return. I solve this with an inexpensive room(w/shuttle service to airport) booked through Hotwire.com and leave the following morning on Amtrak to go home.

For even more schedule options(Amtrak stops at EWR are infrequent) take Amtrak to NEWARK Penn Station(not to be confused with Penn in Manhattan) and take the very frequent NJ Transit trains to NEWARK Airport(EWR).

The cost of taking the train(s), round trip, from my hometown to EWR is less than the cost of parking at, or a taxi to/fro, my local airport. And, it's more relaxing. Especially with the "Bar Car".

A real deal! That offer is back to where discounted prices were in the spring of 2006. Let's hope it stays that way (will depend on fuel costs).

Flew with ANA from Washington Dulles to BKK last Christmas, only problem was that the seats are sized for Asian bodies and are only a bit over 18 inches wide. The United seats in coach are over 20 inches wide are more comfortable for the long flights.

You can credit the miles on ANA to United frequent Flyer program which was good. For good comparison of airlines and best seats on particular flights check out Seat Guru
