I'm surprise nobody mention pattaya beer garden?ok food but nice overlooking the sea with breeze.Sizzler at royal garden is a comfortable place to dine with many self help salad bar.

 

Another place I could think of is basement food court at central.cheap & broad selection of stall in air-con environment to stay out of the afternoon heat.most important thing is your Thai girl-friend will get to enjoy her thaifood and u can have your farang food in there if u like.win win situation.

 

Always dine in there no matter with my bf,friends or even alone.

Mumm Arroy behind Banglamung police station is nice, Ruan Thai on 2nd rd is very nice and also Vientanne along south Pattaya rd at the junction of Soi 1, all are good places with good ambience and very reasonable

I took a look at it a couple of weeks ago but didn't stay because I didn't like the food selection. I guess it depends on your taste.

I know things change daily, but the rissoto with mushrooms was impeccable when I was there last for lunch.Glass of white was nice also.
