Pattaya - Phnom penh

Hey Boardies I'm over late Oct for 33 days and want a weekend in Phnom penh can you get a flight from Pattaya or do we need to fly out of BKK. And would anyone have an idea of cost, I'm thinking cheaper to get ticket in Thailand than from home.

I would just book online with AirAsia. You should still be able to get cheap seats if you book soon.

Both U-Tapao (Pattaya) and Don Muang are domestic with rare exceptions (like Thai to LAX) so it's BKK for you.

 

Check online for pricing but you may encounter issues with using a non Thai credit card on a Thai site. You aren't going to save much. An establish travel agent in Pattaya can likely handle this easily.

Thanks for the replies guys air asia look like the best deals thats about $100 nz I've heard beers cheap and there's some good night life in Cambodia so I'm going to check it out

Remember you need to add on taxes to the prices shown in this thread. Just booked a return bkk - pnomh penh in August which showed similar base price but came out around 5000 baht in total.

I do BKK to Phnom Penh most every trip. I have started using Bangkok Airways as it has more flights between BKK and PNH for about the same prices.
