Did you ask him? No.   Did you bung him a few quid? Probably not.   Why post about him here? Are you going to try and help the guy out? I doubt it.   So are you going to be a Good Samaritan or a

just an update for this obnoxious shithouse..before i read this post i was out again today and I saw the guy again, i said hello and he was very polite and retured it with a very audible german accent

I have a vague recollection that some lady (German) got involved and had him taken into care.

I tried searching around for said information but drew a blank.

There is a homeless looking guy that I see sometimes walking around Soi 15 during the day. He doesn't have the long hair like the guy in the photos. In fact, it doesn't look like him at all, but he does talk to himself in German. He wears a sweater ( even in the heat ). Anyone else seen him?

There was a bum in Jomtien who went into the bars to drink then couldn't pay his bar tab. His 81 year old father who lived on a very small UK pension eventually paid his tabs. The police were called many times and they did nothing. He had no passport with him and no money. He couldn't pay a bribe so the police left him alone. His father passed away and this bum has disappeared.

I recall there was a British guy who was languishing in a Pattaya prison and was "rescued" by a British lady, but I don't remember the German guy getting the same help. I hope it happened.
