Pretty spartan looking but if the rate is 500 and in LK you probably will find a few people as there isn't much for $16 a day is there?

Not a great web site but adequate except for one glaringly obvious mistake ,at least to me, there were no prices mentioned .If I want to search for a room on the internet ,telling me after I find your web site I have to ask somewhere else about prices puts me off ,as that generaly means the prices are more than I would expect to pay and you don't want to advertise that fact.I may be picky but no matter what I find this kind of "pricing"off putting and am sure many others do as well.

Looks ok to me and it says on the site prices from 500 bhat Not sure how you missed that.

One room #13 which is under the stairs and has no windows is 200 sq.feet has a shared bath no air and no TV. It's 500 Baht.

 

The other 29 rooms are all 1,000 Baht.

 

Good web sites have prices for all rooms clearly laid out, features and seasonal differences and the comment before yours is an appropriate observation.

 

Hard to make a lot on $16 rooms.

On looking again at the web site I did eventually see the room rate of FROM 500baht but I stand by my comments about the site It needs work as the rate is so badly displayed it was easy to overlook it.No point in advertising if you don't get the whole message out there first time every time.

PS I stayed in the LK metro last year(may2010) for only 1 night in a new place that was then just newly opened above the Ice house Bar (I think)and their prices for reasonable rooms were 400 baht for a small room and 475baht for a large room which I used and was very happy.I see no way that LK metro rooms should be much above that price unless they offer something special,which from the pics they don't seem to.

Sinbin, I agree with you “from 500thb” can mean anything whats the next price up 550 800 15000 who knows.
