I have two interested parties both looking to purchase in December which would suit me.

 

For info along with the fixtures and fittings I am including all furniture including beds/wardrobes, 3 fridges one of which is a double glass front drinks fridge.

 

Most of the kitchen equipment small oven/rotisserie, microwave, pots and pans, stove top, crockery and cutlery.

 

In the bar area there is a 6'6" pool table with mini-snooker set also, bench seating, barstools and rattan furniture.

 

Overhead projector and drop down screen.

 

I have added a 50" plasma tv plus a new sound system both of which are negotiable, if no agreement then they will be going with me.
