Nice house and Iam looking for another but............

 

It would cost me atleast 100k to furnish it and after 1 year I would need to find another Un furnished house to move my shit into.

 

How bout you put AC in the other 2 bedrooms and a 2 year lease @ 10 k per month. and the furniture stays ?
