That closed a few years back, had it been on the front it could have done well, I bet the slushy bar that moved in after Adam left will have closed already, just no passing trade up there

 

The new bar imho will do better than Soi 8, twice the size and these days loads of people wander throught the central plaza as a short cut to Diana, if the girls are jumping around to draw people in, its going to be a top bar
