Sandy Spring Hotel Suite Photos

Recommended Posts

Here are some photos taken in a suite at the Sandy Spring hotel several days ago. Also some views from the room.

It was room 707  and in this suite there was no shower recess. The suites are just two rooms with a connectiing door and only one double bed. Two bathrooms, two tvs, two fridges etc

Helllo  SoCalGuy,

Sorry mate was never up that early!!!

The pool was very clean and there was a guy hanging around in the several times I used the pool who kept the area clean and got food and drinks for the guests.

By the way, the hotel supplies towels for the pool.

Hope this helps

Cheers

I'm spending my last night in the Sandy Spring tonight and can highly recommend it.  Bazzap's pictures on this thread are great and a real representation of what you get.  I have a suite one floor up on the 8th and it does have one bathroom with a walk-in shower.  The bathroom is big and all marble.  Everything in the room is new and clean.  There's a huge balcony with furniture overlooking Pattaya Bay and overlooking the pool which is clean and cleaned every day.  The whole place is very clean.

I presume a room would be the same as the bedroom in Bazzap's photos and the rooms are a reasonable price.  The two room suite is 2500 Baht which is worth it if you like space.

It seems quite quiet, not a lot of people in the hotel.  There's a bar and snack bar in the lobby but nobody seems to use it.  Food and drink are available at the Haven and Sportsman's which are on either side and good food is available across the Soi at Ma Maison.

The location is also great.  The Royal Garden Plaza is around the corner and Walking Street is about 5 minutes away.

There's construction on the Second Rd side of the Sandy Spring but there's a condo between the hotel and the construction.  I was on the Beach Road side and there was no noise problem.  The weather was so perfect I turned off the air and slept with the balcony door open for 3 nights.  The only occasional noise was from nearby entertainment palaces and there was nothing that caused me any lost sleep.

Just book a room for 7 days. Looking forward to trying this hotel out. I stayed at the Pattaya Central Hotel on Soi 12 and loved the location but was not crazy about the hotel. Close to TQ Bar great afternoon hangout.

I had a guest three nights.  Once they just took her ID.  The other two times she had to fill out a form and sign.  I didn't read the form and neither, I think, did the TG.  Maybe it was one of those referred to in other threads that say they can't use the pool.  I don't think it would be a problem.  I didn't try but the pool is on Floor 3, not by reception, and I don't think anyone would stop you and a TG from using it.  I did see Thai ladies in the pool from my balcony during my stay.  The pool was never very busy.
