Hotel in december

I'm coming to pattaya dec. 10 and i have booked for 1 week at sunshine hotel on soi 8. is there a problem to find a room for christmas and new year. i know it's a little bit late but i had to change my plan.        8)

Only you will know how much of a problem it is when you have tried to rescedule your flight and re-arrange your room.

 

I would suggest doing that asap if you really need to change the dates.

 

I would also get availability information from other hotels, if you can change your flight.

There is only a problem if your not flexible with type or location of hotel.  I looked at 2 places last week and asked them if they were booked during the holidays and they said no.

I'm very flexible with  location and i can pay up to 1000baht .i need a room from dec 17 to jan 6.do somebody have a suggestion.       ::)

I posted on the Members Board of 2 hotels that had rooms available during the holidays.  Bella Villa Prima and Natana Garden View.  Also I looked at Nova Park.

All 3 of these properties are less than 5 months old.  Also if you look at the Nova website it shows a higher rate, but yesterday on the Pattaya News it was advertising the studio unit for 15,000 baht/month and the 1 bedroom unit for 18,000 a month
