Dynasty....What a pit of a room they tried to give me first, a view of a air con unit and a real bad smell in the room [smiley=puke.gif]

Make sure you check out the room first!!

Some are ok.......some are NOT!!

steveuk,

If you are referring to Imperial Queens Park Hotel on Soi 22 I passed through it several times going to and from Emporium Shopping Centre and adjoining Sky Train Station. I don't know whether it is guest friendly or not but it is fairly pricy. I read somewhere that Real Madrid stayed there on their pre season tour some months ago.

Thats right growler the queens on soi 22 is where i am staying i stayed there last year top hotel... but not guest friendly but that's ok i am with my lady friend for a couple of days.

I'ts my buddies who require a hotel that is close as we will be playing golf together so we want to limit the travelling between hotels plus they will be doing a little whoring. ;)

The Woraburi, down the road from the Nana isn too bad and has a pool with a view, if you can suffer the ignorant receptionists

steveuk,

I stayed in Admiral Suites last year just a small bit further down the Soi, opposite side beyond Jade Pavilion. Nice place and no problem with guests. Paid 8800 baht per week. :)

If they aren't sold out I highly recommend Majestic Suites as someone else has ... directly below Nana skytrain, and reasonably inexpensive. Smallish rooms but very nice!

I'd recommend booking them directly through their own web site at http://www.majesticsuites.com/ rather than through asiatravel or similar sites.
