If you mean whether the money is paid direct into a bank account then yes, we have a system called BACS in the UK that employers use to pay their staff.

This month I have had to get all of our employees to give me an email address and sign a form so that they will have their pay details sent to them by email each month, pay slips are becoming obsolete.
