Studio available again. 10k a month for 6 months, 12k a month for short terms. Will negotiate a cheaper price for 12 month contract for the right person.

I thought you said "cheap rental". 10,000 a month is VERY HIGH... There are MANY studio apartments for 4,000 - 4,500 in Jomtien.... My friend has 3 in Jomtien Beach Condos for 4,000. Two pools, Two workout areas, great maintenance and security, Many good shops etc... GOOD LUCK.

You could ask much more...for the high season everything is full....my two VT2A condo is rented out until march for 900+ / day... a hint: use the internet options...

Makes me feel better for the rate I got from Dancewatchers on a one bedroom for a three month rental--more than that, but not that much more. My favorite studio wasn't available.

Dancewatcher's rooms are class...good choice...much better, than my rooms...

Thanks for the tip, but I don't have enough rooms to warrant doing dailys. 12k a month for my room is more than enough return.

Its a 5 month lease.
