Low season hotel prices

I have been flicking through some of the hotel sites and seems to me that there are some real bargains out there. Are there any recommendations from BM,s for June -July specials that there may have found?

I made a walk-in recently and it was still 1600 baht......I didn't see it as a bargain as the room was old, things didn't work properly and no in-room safe. I did see quite a few 'deals' being offered nearby though (Soi 7 and 8 area). The hotel was pretty quiet.

Well the best deal I have seen is the LK Metropole at just over $US50 per night.

With the new owners, Pattaya Bay shortened there off season window.. grr..

 

Since I usually travel low season I had to look at other hotels..
