Had a look at them about a year ago and they were nice decent sized rooms and spotless like the toilets near bye.

I think there was a thread about this place a while back on one of the Pattaya boards. Maybe do a search? Anyway, the location is OK and the food is decent and, from the looks of the bar and restaurant, it looks clean and well run. I wonder if you have 24 hour access to the room via a back entrance?

Rooms are good... 1 room has a dodgy bed (old) entrance via the front door at night as they have a guy or gal keep an eye out for the door... bit pricey for a bar 750night i think and food is ok

I stayed one night at B.Arms in May whilst awaiting another hotel book-in date and had a very nice room and great shower; I mean a real shower stall with two glass walls and a door. It was a very quiet room at the side and I couldn't hear any noise from Pook Bar next door. I have eaten there a few times and, although breakfast was better than many other places, on the day I was there in May it wasn't as good as previous visits. Cost me 800 Baht and I reckon it was worth it.

Just walked into Honey Inn, new one, they offer loom with balcony ,no view for 700 baht, thats for 7 weeks,

Barry and his wife still own the building and business but rumour has it they may be in the process of offering it for lease... Barry spends most of his time in Mega Break...
