Pattaya Expats, parking suggestions.

I have to park the big old truck tonight, somewhere close to Tops at the Klang/2nd rd junction, 8pm to maybe 11 or midnight.

It is getting tough and it is something I never do......my thoughts worries.

Tops car park..... often full though and how much would it cost, what time is it closed?

Carrefour (BigCX).... then get a baht bus or a couple of M/C taxis. What time does that place stay open until.

I was even considering Tesco on Nua but it is a long way off.

Better suggestions anybody???

The Avenue carpark, its now 20 baht per hour and plenty of room and good security.

Not a bad suggestion Mick, but I am coming from the North side and it is a SOB to get to.

Not really, just come along Soi Bukhow and turn right just past 18 coins and follow the road into the back entrance to the Avenue

Haha, you make driving down soi Buakhao at that time of night sound easy peasy........you must do it often. Have to let the Missus drive, I would keep hitting the katoeys!!!!:D

I could do 3rd rd then soi Lenkee etc though.

On the VERY few times I drive into Pattaya, I park at the large wat on Pattaya Tai. If you turn right on Pattaya Tai coming from Jomtien, it is not far from the intersection of 2nd road on the left side. It is a very large parking area.

I am coming from the North Gary, and obviously that isn't really an option...certainly not Pattaya Tai either!

You have to realise I despise driving in heavy traffic and the truck, despite it's age has been on Beach Rd twice only!
