My favourite restaurant closed since my last visit , Nee Roys in soi chaiyapoon , but I have lucked in to a great eatery in Soi LK Metro , its "The Golf Club" strangely its a bar rather than an eatery but they have a great kitchen that does all my favorites so well I have not really missed Neeroys.

The serving staff are excellent, The lad who does the Barbeque, Shu/Ju is a fluent english speaker and can help with all manner of things the owners, Steve is a great lad who also sorts out all your golf needs .

Well worth a visit as it's good grub and reasonable prices.

If this sounds like a plug it is but just because I like the place and not for any pecuniary motive.

It does have excellent food. They will also deliver to the other bars in the Soi LK Metro area that do not have their own kitchen such as the Metro Apartments. I often order from the Golf Club when I am staying at the Metro.

I've eaten there a few times and I also ordered from there when staying across the street. I don't remember what I had, but I do remember that it was good.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes it as my tastes are limited to only a few things that I eat regularly and this place deals with my limited requirements very well. I now think that it does well with others with less limited requirements if only from these few replys who all think the same as me. I hope the place does well as I hate having to mooch around looking for a decent place to eat.

Same same....

EDIT = I thought that I should add why I order from elsewhere... The only tables I want to sit at are the two outer ones which mostly seem to be occupied when I walk passed..
