Mine seems to vary from 2 weeks to a month. The postman doesn't seem to come round as often this end as in the past, and I will get 4 or five letters all at once, including ones mailed in Thailand.

Do you expats have access to PO boxes there rather than home delivery?

Yes there are PO boxes but I live well out of town. My postman gets 500 baht each New Year, perhaps that helps. Also some will not send items to PO boxes.

By some do you mean businesses?

Geez, struggle to remember, but thinking banks and some shippers.

Really depends on which service the poster uses. My sister sent me my new Visa card from my UK bank last week, took around six days to Nakhon Phanom via Royal Mail international tracked and signed for. On the other hand I’ve had packages and cards take two weeks plus.

Regards.

I sent a parcel from the UK to Nonthaburi 8 days ago. I see on Royalmail tracking that it is out for delivery today. So 8 days isn't too bad I don't think!
