  1. The touchy bunch tag falls elsewhere, IMHO. It is others (non-Americans) who consistently feel it necessary to point towards Americans. WTF ? Why does/do America/Americans seems occupy so much of your time ? Fooking sad sacks 'o shit.
  2. So how has the Aussie Dollar done against the Baht lately ?
  3. Damn Texans, even their tales are bigger... FYI: The California Republic, also called the Bear Flag Republic, was a government proclaimed by settlers from the United States on June 14, 1846, in Sonoma in the then Mexican province of California. On a lighter note.... French, Italian & Spanish. If you don't agree, you don't know how to eat.
  4. Looks like Canadian bacon... something you're not telling us ?
  5. Second hand Johnnys !!! Every one of you !!! Fly Air Asia, mate, it is a good deal all around. I have done it, as recently as last month. Yes, pay double/triple (or more) for the Emirates flight - the devastantingly long 3 hour flight with the food and the TV. PS - Ferry landings ? I have no idea what that is about... Google SkyPier... Bring it !!!
  6. That is a pricey route - never less than $500. $300 is sometimes possible from Beijing on Air China.
  7. ...or maybe you should... It's actually both... bpun
  8. They fly nothing but newish A320's, kinda like Southwest with 737's, only one plane makes their maintenance very cheap. They also don't issue seats (all leather), but no probs, I've never seen a full Air Asia plane. Just head to the front of the line and head straight for the exit rows (12 & 13, I believe) for extra leg room. They tend to be a few minutes late leaving from time to time, but for 90% savings I'll get there 15 minutes late.
  9. Yes, Air Asia through Macau is the way to go, as cheap as $100US RT/all in to BKK. You can take a ferry directly from the HKG airport to the mainland and Macau without ever going through HK customs (return as well), saves space on your passport and gets you in & out much quicker. Depending on your flight, you may also be able to get a boarding pass and check your luggage before you even get on the ferry on return to HKG. There are also ferries from the mainland to Macau, there's really no need to use the land routes - believe me they suck. Here is the ferry schedule to/from HKG:
  10. You obviously missed the tasty bastard in the Cola Cola shirt - I'd fuck him !
  11. You must still be up drinking because hell will be selling parkas before you get up at 6 am...
  12. These guys fly HKG to LGW, but right now you can get 2 RT biz seats for about $20,000HKD... Buy one get one free, you can save it for later or sell it... You can also go economy for as low as 75GBP each way. http://www.oasishongkong.com/hk/en/home.aspx
  13. It does not apply to international flights, most domestic flights will be landing at Don Muang last I heard. Find the latest from the airport's website here.
  14. Railay Beach looks good to me...
  15. Call AirAsia's Call Centre Number 0 2515 9999, open daily from 8am to 9pm (Thailand time +7 GMT). or Go to the Tesco Lotus on North Pattaya Rd., I believe they sell Air Asia tickets there. Link Here
  16. Because you're gay... not that there's anything wrong with that...
  17. Where you on the Thai Air USA site or the Thai site ? The problem may go away if you're on the USA site. If that fails, call VISA and not your CU, - plenty of us use VISA cards in LOS. Good luck.
  18. Just saw this on Oasis Hong Kong. Great deal if you're 55 and don't mind going through HK. From there you can get Air Asia out of Macau to BKK for under £50 R/T all in. 19. Why pay 800 when you can take the bus ? Convenience, familiarity with the service, friendship, or just the old up to you - many reasons.
  20. If you look at Pride fighting, UFC, and the other mixed martial arts fighting bodies, they are full of ex-footbal (American) players. Please name one top fighter that is an ex rugby or Aussie rules player that is actually fighting... ...and making a living from it.
  21. I think you should all stop picking on deadman ! That Ms Eva is not as innocent as you may think...
  22. It is just a matter of personal choice. What give the OP a hard time ? Maybe he's wealthy... No matter the reason, he's happy with his choice - keep his fantasy alive. Where's the love ? On the other hand... If he would have boasted about his hotel whilst comparing it to others' accomodations, then he's fair game. So tell me friends: Where is the most expensive hotel in LOS ? I want to spend at least $10,000US per night as a treat to my TG for allowing me to play with 3 midget LBs...
  23. Dear Santa, You suck ! You made the Chelly Ba your first stop and stayed there ! There are now hundreds of horny falangs all over the world with no XMas pussy. Hope you're happy ! PS - I hope Cupid can do better in F-E-B-R-U-A-R-Y
