so far i've found http://www.best-burapha.com at 19,000 bath per term and Montessori Children's Center http://www.geocities.com/mcciptty/ with no prices on there site . International School Eastern Seaboard at 406,000 bath per year. http://www.ise.ac.th/admissions.html and regents at i think around 300,000 bath per year http://regents-school.com/ the burpa one definatly looks appealing at the price . will go have a look this afternoon with my son i guess .. are there no expats who use any schools on the forums ?

i've been looking at buying some land up country near sakeo .. (wangnamyen to be more precise) . there seem to many type of land ownership Sor Por Kor /Nor Sor 3 Gor/chanot among them however most village ones do seem to be be Sor Por Kor as the goverment have not got round to surveying them yet .. so at this very early stage i'm going to asume the land is this .. so technicaly it cannot be bought/sold/leased/owned and anything built on it it likely to be claimed by a strange thai man that pops out ofthe wood work after you complete builing your dream house i'd like to know any expe

The Vault and of course residence garden don't really like the road noise in some of the rooms at the vault however the penthouse rooms are awesome . and if your names charlie all the laundy is same day and free of charge !! very clean place as well .. Res Garden though is now like my 2nd home . they always seem to find space for me and i'm in

i had always thought the NIO needed to be renewed in your home country ? or that renewing in los was very hard ... from what you put does it mean if you make sure that during all your visits over 3 years you run on a NIO that a resi visa is possible to get for under 50's ?

booked in her for 3 weeks in late january 07 .. never never again ! i had a nice chat with the farang guy who appeared to be the manager as i wanted a good room (1 bed suite) and it was 3000 baht per night so i was having a haggle to try anf get a discount . after going round a few other hotels which were my usual suspects (res garden & the vualt which were both full ) i finaly decided wtf i'll have it .. to expensive i know but i was getting late in the day and i needed a room. mananger was happy to see me come back and assured me i'd love the place .. so 1st night out in town

cheapest way to do it .. transfer to thai account that is , and this is how i do it . paypal .. 1st off you need your USA or UK paypal account linked to your UK/USA details .. bank account, credit card etc .. then create a new Thai paypal account .. link this to you thai bank account , in my case bank of siam .. (bank of siam i find quite good as i can topup the GF's phone direct in LOS if i wish from the UK on there webpage and also there interent banking is good and in english) then simply send yourself a paypal payment from one tothe other and withdraw the funds to your Thai ban
