You are correct. My search was not identical to yours. Also no reviews but I expect it is much the same as the others. I get $31 with that search for 46 sq m in September and no rooms available during my stay in January.

You didn't give dates and no rooms available when I am there in January. Did a search for September and a 48 sq m room on Agoda was $32. 5 rooms at that price. Very cheap but off the beaten track. Agoda rates it 6.7 so just average at best.

The back of the storm is approaching the coast. A big storm surge is expected over the islands which front the coast.

It got up to a cat 4. I understand it has been downgraded to a tropical storm. Reduced winds but still lots of rain. One official death so far. High pressure to NW and SE. There is no place for the storm to go. Lots of flooding and collapsed buildings.
