Used Nams taxi from central Bangkok to Pattaya last week. Paid a premium price due to the Songkran festivities which was noted on her website and all confirmation emails. I can recommend the service. Have booked a ride to the airport tomorrow and will continue to use her services.

Done exactly the same once, luckily the atm was attached to a bank. I gave them my mobile number, they then contacted me the following day to collect my card after the atm was restocked with cash. Just needed my passport for i.d.. She went through 20ish cards to find mine so it must be a common occurrence. Good to know your sorted.
