Martin, that really sucks! I can't imagine having to put up with that myself. Apparently she has more money than brains to be able to travel first class around the world with a stinkin, shittin, dog. Service dog, that's a great laugh or in your case cry. Hope you get some satisfaction out of UA, but I wouldn't hold my breath until that happens. All any of them care about is the money in the corporate coffers and it shows when they allow bitches like this to screw up everybody else's travel experiences. I know this is really late, but we just signed up last night at FLB and knew nothing about club rentals until I read the following: "If you have pre-booked rental clubs, these will be distributed at the Residence Gardens. There are facilities to hire clubs at the course – please inform us 7 days prior to the tournament if you need rental clubs." Since it inside the 7 day prior notification how do I go about getting clubs rented for me and my buddy Steve? Okay, I work in Kuwait and need any info anybody has for me to call as cheap as possible from here to Khon Kaen. Any of you expats that work in the Middle East have any info on this. I just used my mobile to call there and it cost about $2/min. Need something cheaper if there is something out there. Thanks ahead of time for the info.
