I love the photos of your place and I really love the idea with an open kitchen so you actually can see that your food is prepared in a clean environment. I am sure that I will like the beer garden from what Ive seen so far and that I will be a regular guest when I come back, in the daytime for a beer or coffee and in the afternoon for a meal! I don´t think that you have to worry about the freelancers, they will show up in mass as more and more farrang start to just chill out there, just as they do in Bangkok!
