What sane western man travels to Pattaya to bang Russian girls?

If you look around and take your time you can find very good accommodations for a reasonable price in Pattaya as well as in Bangkok! In my opinion there are very few other places around the world with this kind of standard that can compete, but again, you got to take your time and look on the net, in adds and on the ground for future trips! I usually walk in to a place that I pass if I find it interesting and ask if I can look at different rooms, then I take a business card and a price list and go home and file it for future use if it is interesting.

Don´t believe everything you read, derksj! As Joe already clarified for you, they are two very different places! Hua Hin is the Thai Kings favourite summer residence and has so been for a very long time. Because of this fact, Hua Hin has mainly always been a favourite vacation spot for a lot of Thai people. The fact that the King has his summer residence there also means that there are no Go Go bars allowed only beer bars, and that the hustling on the streets are more or less nonexistence. In the 80:s they started to build golf courses around Hua Hin, and today you can find 8 or 10 really god courses in the area. With this came country clubs, housing projects and a lot of golf players. This impact is something you notice from the start in Hua Hin, the town is so much more family oriented with good restaurants , coffee shops and beach oriented activities. The beer bar area is quite small but nice, but nothing compared with Pattaya! Hua Hin is a great place to go and visit for a shorter time, (with a lady friend or two), to relax and just kick back and recoup!

Hey, eltib, I have no idea what ever gives you the right to making fun of me moving to Pattaya or not! Not that it is your concern asshole, but after living for years in Bangkok I was moving down to Pattaya when my father died and I had to get back to Europe and the State to take care of his estate and a bundle of legal problems that have dragged out in time! Since you don´t have any way of knowing anything about my personal reasons for having to postpone my move to Pattaya, I really can´t see your right to make flames like that in this case! Believe me, if I had a choice I would go to LOS tomorrow instead of working my ass of here, but until the lawyers have settled this I can´t! Think before you open your trap the next time! Whilliam
