Tony is an asshole, self absorbed just like glittergirl. Who else would buy a one story building, and put a two story picture of himself on it. Luckily for us, glittergirl can't afford a building. Are you sure that you got your numbers right? I paid 14,000 for a lifetime membership at Calif Wow. Not that I like it, but it was better than Tony's. Not taking into effect that I just don't like a guy that buys a one story building, and then puts up a two story picture of himself (from 20 years ago) on it. Calif wow has Tony's beat on the quality of the changing rooms, the amount of equipment, everything in one building. True, they don't have a pool, or tennis court, both of which I would never use anyway. I checked out several of Tony's places, and was treated rudely in each of them. In Calif wow, I was given a hard sell, and have to field off those standing outside each time I go in. Neither floats my boat, the only other players in town have very small gym's with out the equipment I want to use. Good luck in your choice of who is the lessor of two evils.

Cherry restaurant on third road, across from Xzyte has great food. Wednesday they have a buffet with a huge selection of meats, probably the best in the city for only 350 baht. My only complaint is, they are short on vegies for the buffet. It's not a tourist place being on third road, it will be full of expats. It looks like most are used to eating in higher end places, most will be wearing long pants, shoes, and shirts with collar. You will find no better food in Pattaya at the price, maybe not even at double or triple the price. But don't tell anyone about it, it's hard enough to find a seat now.

Getting an attorney to look over your documentation is sound advice. I don't know him, but I would consider talking to the man that you have two recommendations for. Attorneys are usually so crappy that few people recommend them to friends and acquaintances. That one sounds like he has a couple of happy clients. It's worth looking into.

You are flying an American flag, so I'm sure that you would like to discover Tigglebitties on soi 17 From Jomtien, take third road, turn right at the first light before Pattaya thai. It's about a mile up the road on the right. It's the best American food in Pattaya.

Most places are charging for electric in their monthly rate. Not to tell you it is charged, is a rip off in itself, but 9K is a big rip off, I paid less than 2K last month for my 3 bedroom house, and I had the air-con running 24/7.

You have asked a good question LocalYokul. I'm considering them both also. Have you found the price plus shipping to Thailand? Or a local dealer that has good prices? Cost would be a consideration as well as apps. I wouldn't use most of what the phone could do anyway. I know people with both phones, all are happy with what they have. As usual, everyone recommends what they purchased. Personally, since either one can do more than I need or would know how to use, for now at least. Cost would be a big factor. What have you found on prices? Have you looked?
