Slightly more interesting may be an open jaw option for US$100 less. The saving can go towards a flight to BKK and on to MNL. -

There should be a lift down to the basement. Hopefully someone can investigate for you the next time they are there, to see how easy or difficult it is to get there using the lift. -

You made a mistake as you used the wrong money changer at the airport: You have to go down to the basement where there are three from which to choose. In this order; Super Rich (Green), Value Plus, Super Rich (Orange). The rate will be better or at least match the best rate you can find in Pattaya. [youtube= ] -

Actually not quite right. Kingsoft is WPS Office. Open Office is Apache Open Office and Libre Office is the offshoot of Open Office with more development. -

Why not just use an older version of Microsoft Office? Since people are discarding them for newer versions, you can pick them up for a song. Check your private messages. -
Air China currently coming in at £300 for flights between October and January.

Indeed, no need to change banks in order to obtain the Halifax Clarity. Don't depend on just one card in case it gets blocked at just the wrong time. Barclaycard Platinum Travel (VISA) doesn't off as good a rate as Mastercard, but it charges no interest on cash advances as long as you pay your statement balance off in full. Also good to have an alternative at hand. VISA currently 43.63 So together they give you an ATM withdrawal limit of £1000 per day. https://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal/platinum-travel-credit-card

Rayong; http://www.bankofchina.com/th/en/aboutus/ab3/201206/t20120627_1873497.html Otherwise; http://www.bankofchina.com/th/en/aboutus/ab3/ There you can use your Mastercard debit cards and get the full Mastercard rate with no ATM using your fee free debit cards, such as(For UK residents); Monzo, Loot, Starling Bank etc

ATM are not too bad if you carry a fee free card and withdraw the max possible. Halifax Clarity allows £500 per day and passes on the full Mastercard rate. Mastercard rate for the 10th is 43.8885, which is a little better than the rate offered by SuperRich Thailand at the airport for £50; 43.7 and TT Exchange in Pattaya; 43.7. So withdrawing 21500 baht from an ATM that doesn't meddle with the Mastercard exchange rate will net you a current rate of 43.445 after the 220 baht fee. So whilst not the best, it is still a viable option. If of course you can take a cash advance over the count

Don't try to think you are smart by skipping the first leg. They'll likely cancel the rest of your itinerary.

Another way to do it is to treat yourself to a day trip in a Spanish city of your choice. Let's say Barcelona in this example. You can fly to Barcelona with no luggage in the morning or afternoon, at your leisure. So you can buy the cheapest flight with Easyjet or the like, as you'll not need to take anything with you. Then you take the evening in the itinerary shown below and go home to bed. Of course this if for someone who lives in London or surrounds. The next day you check in for your flight as normal. Check in your luggage and you are on your way. On the way back, they'l

Some flying in October for instance can do it this way; They are selling out fast. Were £325 earlier today. The long stopover on the way back ensures that you can pick up your luggage at Heathrow.
-
The reason for the change of airport on the way back, is that they give you your luggage at Heathrow.
-
If one wants to fly direct to BKK with BA in a roundabout way, one can fly from a Spanish city for around £338 return plus a one way flight to Spain Example:

If they are sold out there is sure to be someone else in exactly the same position as you. So you can share a taxi.
