    I am looking at this place for may and June. I like the look of it, stayed at BJ's in soi 3, very good but no chairs in room which is pretty basic, so they won't get a repeat from me.

    2 nights there were enough, I agree with your comments, just didn't like the fact the seemed incapable of putting a lick of paint on where need, scruffy is not good enough.
