My problem with BJ's was they charge 5% if you pay by card,so ask about this if you try there.

BJ is in Soi 3,Sabai is in Soi 2,looked just a bit sleazy,but I could be wrong.

Yes they have a sea view and room size is medium,that is,not large but not cramped.

Not sure about smoking as a non smoker.but rooms are a nice size and girl friendly. Balcony in with most rooms.
