Agree.... happened with me from the both sides, no any harm.... however Shenzenau has no reason to moan... he only negotiated, not barfined her.... the barfine is the only one stamp on the agreement... and still not 100% until he dragged her out from the bar.... happened with me also, the bar paid me back the barfine, because of her decision..... no problems, I was the stupid one to spending my time with her in the same bar....to pay her other ladydrinks and ordering more drinks for myself...my best advice: barfine her and leave the bar with her as soon as possible....

Ken, I had two problems with your report.... 1. The 1000 baht only for the food 2. The big boats.... your boat is the nicest boat I not only enjoyed, but looked in Pattaya with many extra services... and even your boat ( what you told me ) is much cheaper what you mentioned... As I told you before we tried an el cheapo boat and it was a disaster.... The boat the germans invited me floating in front of the Royal Garden, a small boat take us to the board... they are - as I mentinoed before - more modest, than your boat, but an OK service with food and fun...

Nowadays I enjoy a group of some germans and a few hungarians,( not the nightmare trip I told you ) we renting out a big boat ( of course more modest, than yours, without the extras you can offer ) We usually meet at 8am.... going to fishing, during the island hop, snorkeling etc. they cook the fishes we catch and we usually catched a LOT...( fish filet orly style, grilled fishes, tom yam pla, fried rice, steamed vegetables, salad, fruits etc... ) relax in the afternoon.. and we return at 5-6pm to the harbor...When we are usually 12-15 persons on the board ( not crowded at all ) we pay on the end of the day 300-350 baht / person for all in all... The only challenge is, to collect 12-15 persons for the tour..

I don't lost at all. I got higher amount baht to use, whilst true, my capital worth much less at tis moment. The worth of my capital in baht not important as long as I get 20.000 baht more from the HUF compare to the 10.000 EU %. The worth of the capital always can change up and down in any currency. The volatility is my friend, sometimes to lose the worth of the capital, sometimes to win... and if lucky change it in the good moment... The worst step IMO to leave now the HUF : lost the capital worth and lost the good % The HUF climbed up to 320 / EUR in december... still was worth to hold it in HUF.... There are some ways to use the thai 51% . Most of those condos are bought by companies founded especially for that reason by farangs ( officially still, you may have only 49% in the company too, but the lawyers do it for you ) This system works really good for decades, but officially it's totally illegal.... ( for the houses available some kind long term rental, but I don't know the details ) However not really two tiered market, farangs also can buy and sell much cheaper the 51% with the company hassle and risking the law enforcement. However when and if you decide to buy a condo for your tirac ( or for you both for cheap ) you can buy on her name with all the personal risks may arise... I know some farangs did it....
