What I see lately under the farang management ? Money hunger... moaning, they says nothing works ( the new security system really not works, I was robbed with the assistance of the security guards... in the era of the old security I was called down, when a girl tried to take out a pair of loudspeakers I gave her ) ... The new farang management1s very first step was to restrict the personal ads on the board and installing a paid one... The new farang management started to molest the residents with the dress code, with the smoking ban... the new thai management can even farting through BKK, they are asking if I paid my bills in the VT2 office from BKK... What I see... until the new farang management everything went well.. now they create a panic mood, milking me, admittedly swallowing my sophon cable fee ( in the building B. it is free, because it is really free... ) they says until now it was stilen by Vilai... What is the difference ? Now the farang comittee swallowing it... I'm came to Pattaya to be not molested... the new farang management useless to help if some trouble happens ( when I was robbed ) and arrogant... Alan... to see your story about the attempt of the robbery ... are they offered any help unless to close your window at the night time ? I mentioned the half meter barbed wire to save your ass... no any responds... no any acts, just "wise" notices... Also see, how they are ruining the oddment of the security... I don't put shit on the dark side at all... the fact: the prices are fall dramatically to compare with the seaboard side... I must to admit there are really nice houses, projects on the dark side, I visited some really beautyful places... BUT... the traffic is a real pain in the ass unless you drive or have a motorcycle... I'm a coward prick and afraid to drive a car or even a motorcycle...as many others do... On the last season a friend hired a huge and beautiful villa with plans to party... mostly he sat alone home, because the majority found it too complicated to travel there... ( incl. me )

Funny man having less, than my price just not worth to sell... I don't have the necessity to get money, the condo already paid for rent out until april for 15.000/ month ( will be a pain in the ass to accommodate the recent customer ) so I can wait for the right offer...

Nice to see the wise asses around... I never told VT2 is an upscale, because it isn't... it is the middle range... The same level newer VT buildings start to sell an empty shell from 2 mill + The upscale condos are from 3 mill... However I may be misinformed... please show me better offers... not in the polluted, noisy Pattaya slum or on the nowhere dark side, but on the Jomtien, within the baht bus route... with good maintenance...for farang name ( In the VT1 you can find better deals, with one pool for the two buildings and their wrecked conditions ) No blah blah blah... I heard from a friend, but a real offer... Any other wise ass comments are just trolls without any facts .

This complex called View Talay 2 and situated near to Jomtien beach. A very pleasant location, a short walk to the beach and on the songthaew route, so for 10 baht in 10 minute I'm in the centre. There are two buildings, the building B. And the building A. This is not a hotel, this is a condominium, i.e. all condos are belongs to a private owner. You can buy one or renting from the owner. There are offers from the real estate offices, on the internet or you can just dropping in and see the adverts on the wall. A note: in the high season most of the adverts are invalid as the condos are usually fully rented out. Mostly only one option for the optimists ( i.e. hoping to find instantly a room ) ending in the window display ( rooms with glass door ) on the first floor ( view to the parking lot ) for silly money. The normal prices are: 15.000/month for a studio, 25-30.000/month for a one bedroom apartment. We have numerous restaurants in the building... Internet cafes ( 40 baht / hour )... Tonnz of laundries.... Multifunctional minimarkets... Massage saloons.... And a tour operator.... So relaxing in the huge swimmingpools you don't have to leave the complex, everything is on the spot.... The managements attention covering all details... The view of Jomtien from a high floor.

My recent bet is Khun Naay, his service was prompt, enjoyable ( nice car ) and safe ( fast, but not running amok, as many driver do it ) Also an option, if you are a smoker you can order a smoking car. Also an add: on my last trip my airplane was late 11 and a half ( ! ) hour and the driver still awaited for me... His prices: 1200 baht including the toll and the parking fee... Too bad.. I was using his service and I was 110 % satisfied... I used Mr Toom only once to arrange a taxi for a friend, but his driver wasn't appeared... he apologized later, but the fact is nobody waited my friend. Any other reliable offers ? I need a taxi soon and a mate too a bit later.. both in august..

Way too much... I'm asking 3.000 deposit upon arrival for my condo I'm renting out. Deposit is for the electricity and water and the rest is refundable. You can't beat the 3.000/ unit.

In the building A I'm using a local one, she is 250-300, BUT she do for it ALL including the commode inside, the refrigerator inside, windows, mirrors etc.. Maybe you met her she works in the Hair/Laundry saloon left from the elevator, she speaks very strange, maybe deaf... In the building B. usually my partner in Pattaya organize it, when I tried some cleaners, they were cursory.

Personally I like the policy of the Hell Club... not my piece of cake ( way too overpriced ) BUT... states clear the rule of the play, no cheats, no hidden agenda you know how much you pay and what for. Comparing the prices with Melbourne or Swaziland of course stupid, but compare the prices with some cheater bars... you pay for your drink X baht, even more for the false LDs and what you get is nothing. OR... see the overpriced GOGO bars... your drinks, the LDs, the BF, the inflated salaries ( the LDOs pays )... All together it may be even more, than the Hell experience. AND an important factor: many guys hate the hassle, others call hunt. I think this bar is a very good alternative for many guys... and to be selfish...

I'm eating 90% thai food, including noodle soups, food carts etc. and never ever was poisoned. However all known poisonings around me come from farang food. The worst are the farang food made by thais... some cream cakes caused serious and long trips to the toilet...
