Not at all. Anything that's picked up, you can choose to then visit your nominated public hospital to deal with it. Everything will depend on which nominated hospital is shown on her card. If it's in Isaan and she lives away from home, that's where the problems come in for anything other than emergency treatment - if that makes sense.

Well, absolutely nothing except that the condos were shabby and the guests were mainly Indian, Arab and Russian and the location was convenient for Walking Street. But, in the same thread, another BM described the units he was shown as being "fine" and "clean".

It is/was on Soi 3 and they offer a 30 m2 room for around 20k per month. I assume teelack knows the owners. Personally, I'd just book a decent place for a couple of nights and see what's available when I got to Pattaya.
