  1. 14th in Singapore ... USD 20k better off.
  2. Thanks for that, but not a sniff locally - it isn't a big deal to me for the time being, but I hope my local u-store will have them before the end of April. I'm happy with the off-the-shelf configuration as I can chuck in the extra RAM that I'd like without too much hassle.
  3. Good recovery. She's just picked up another USD 75K for 4th in Singapore.
  4. I've already indicated that the lunchtime flight provides the best connection from LHR. My local airport is Manchester and the same scenario applies - the lunchtime flight provides the best connection. Likewise on the return - a 4 hour layover to connect to the early morning arrival in Manchester. Good times.
  5. Dearie me! Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you. You really should do your homework before you criticise other BMs ... you just end up looking silly otherwise.
  6. More popular than what - Dubai to Clark? There's a small matter of Fifth Freedom rights to consider.
  7. Good news for some ... and with decent timings - "EK338 will depart Dubai at 0400hrs and arrive at Clark International Airport at 1640hrs. The return flight, EK339 will depart at 1835hrs and arrive at Dubai International Airport at 2305hrs."
  8. I'm quite sure Levy has already started to do the sums - it'll be purely a business decision when to let him go. Nowt wrong with that. I'm not sure about the Spanish "Big Two" though ... I'm not convinced Bale would fit into Barca's style of play and Real have got Modric to remind them of what looks good at Spurs might not look so good in Madrid.
  9. Didn't Real enter into some sort of partnership with Spurs at the time of the Modric deal? I'm sure Real would be prepared/over the moon to offer the Croatian as part-exchange for Bale.
  10. Yes, but a "working day" in Thailand is defined as 8 hours, not 10.
  11. It's simple at Kasikorn. Quite a different story at most branches of many other decent banks, e.g. SCB, Bangkok Bank.
  12. Good news for any footie fans wanting to get a glimpse of their teams ...
  13. Normally, it's a clear vegetable soup ...
  14. I get Supersports 2 as part of my Astro package ... the European club stuff is on Eurosport (also part of the Astro Sports Package). The 6 Nations games also get transmitted with Setanta providing the feed.
  15. Stade Français wears pink, as do The Bulls (change colours) in Super XV. Ian Poulter is probably suing for a breach of image rights. Is Super Rugby shown on True?
  16. Her caddy should've got her to lay-up on the 18th rather than going for the green on her 2nd shot. With the benefit of hindsight and all that. Golf cart?
  17. Great stuff - she lost the lead at the 11th, so immediately fired a hole-in-one!
  18. It'll be interesting to see how Moriya copes on the US tour against the best Koreans and Japanese.
  19. Best of luck to Ariya in today's final round of the Thailand Ladies Open at Siam Country Club. If you follow sport in Thailand, you will/may be aware of the golfing Jutanugarn sisters, Ariya (17) and Moriya (18). Both had successful careers as amateurs/juniors in the US before turning professional in the last few of months and qualifying for the European and US tours respectively. Ariya, who turned 17 in November, is currently leading the Honda LPGA Thailand Open by 3 strokes going into the final round - impressive by any standards, so best of luck to her.
  20. Can confirm that I run AdBlock and I didn't have any issues. That said, my "Warning Points" have disappeared ... has there been a Royal Pardon? And, the Reputation "Given" list is showing empty. Makes it difficult to see who is giving you the Negative votes.
  21. Are folks having problems on other forums, or only PattayaTalk?
