    Beer Bellys way is the right way for steaks. I quite often like slow cooked cheap cuts (like ox tails or other cuts with somewhat similar composition) better where all the tendons and stuff has liquified and made the meat extra juicy.     I like a burger with cheese - real cheese is better than processed cheese though. I think beans on toast can be OK too. Not the most delicious but a very filling snack. Posted from my mobile so I blame any spelling errors on that.
