In any case there are plenty of books (in English) available on torrents and similar. Calibre works well - the conversion from one format to another (like .mobi > .epub) can sometimes result in errors but mostly I can ignore them.

I have flown economy with Qatar from Copenhagen via Doha many times without any problems. I have not tried Etihad or Emirates so cannot compare but hear good things about them too. I liked the business lounge in the old airport in Doha much better than the business lounge in the new airport.

For me a lie flat seat is also the best help. I am however not ready to pay what business class cost. The only sleep medication I have had any succes with is Xanax - mostly I just watch the movies - when I get to Pattaya I have an oil massage. If the massage is with a happy ending fine - otherwise a visit to Bliss or similar. After that an early night and I am good in the morning.

Could you put in a pressure booster pump without a tank or if not how small can the tank (or pressure stabilizing device) be. I know in small villages in Denmark a hydrophoric tank with a compressed air cushion is or was often used at the village water work.

I tried the top (in monkey class) from Doha (Qatar Airways) to Bangkok and it is OK but did not seem too different from their other long haul aircraft.

I think MM and Evil are better at evaluating if an American place in Pattaya is fair value ;-)
