thanks but maybe i should be more specific when i said it never made it to a cinema. I mean't in thailand. Seems this thing never sold anywhere (except off online DVD shops). In which case it kinds of smells a bit like "lets make a movie and hype it up so we can get investors" with full knowledge of it being a dud sales wise but being a good earner for the main players. Kind of like selling a beer bar or restraunt in pattaya. maybe i am just being cynical but seems a bit odd.

I think this has drifted a bit from Suvanabhumi airport 711/family mart. Anyway a month ago i tried buying Dtac credit at Suvanabhumi and couldn't either and was given the impression that they did other carrier just not Dtac.

so i take it this movie never made it to a cinema anywhere and never made mainstream DVD release? Seems like no investors ever made a return on their money.

I heard a good story over drinks with a friend last night. Some of you may have seen the homeless pair that get around south pattaya and Soi LK and Buakhao picking up cans and bottles for recycling, one of them is a small lady about 30-40yo with glasses and the guy is about the same age. They usually do it pretty rough by always have a big smile and greet you with a big "hello farang" when they walk by. They obviously have some problems and are known as "the crazy people" by the locals. Anyway they used to like camping out in a driveway next to a bar in soi LK and i think the owner used

I was in U too bar a few weeks ago and one of the girls told me they were having a party and closing on June 1. She said something else was going to be built there and was't sure if U TOO bar would be opening another premises elsewhere. I never made it to the party but on the way past last night it was indeed closed and it looked like they were pulling stuff out of there. Maybe i got the message fucked up and they are only doing a refurb. But i don't think so. I had many an enjoyable night there playing pool with the girls. Shame to see it go.

Not sure if its been mentioned but the Corner Bar in that nasty bend in the road on soi buakhao nth of the market has 40 bht chang and leo and 55 bht for the others. not a bad spot in the afternoon to watch all the girls riding past on their bikes. R-Con bar across the road has the same prices too.

I dont know what the name of that little plaza opposite central (is that new plaza)but one of my favourites from whats up used to freelance out of there also. Some goodies there sometimes.

caught this bus last month from jomtien terminal to swampy and it took about 90 mins. basically door to door from me as i live in on of the VT's and only have carry on luggage. going back for a year tomorrow and gonna get on that 124bht special for sure.
