There are a few around town 2 on Third road off of Central Pattaya Road (Pattaya Klang) The one Emil and I have been to is 109 Baht all you can eat and they do have a bunch of different Seafood, Meat's,Vegetables, as well as noodles and Rice and other dishes also. Good value for the money and the TG's seem to like it. There is also another one just past this one on the same side of third road 3 times as big and only 99 Baht but never been to that one so can not vouch for the place. Also no butane they use Charcoal. Really fun night out.

Gabor, Only Gold wish I could have bought her a house but I had to stop at the Gold due to lack of funds .... but you know come to think of it I guess I did buy her the motorbike but it wont go up in Value like the gold. S7

Speaking of Gold The Gold that I bought My TG has turned into A good investment as I bought 4 baht at 7000 per baht back awhile ago now the price is over 9000 per baht.

In all my trips I have never stayed there but I agree it is a good location seems to have a steady following also as for the food to not be as hot as you like that's a problem common with Buffets of this type everywhere. I eat at the Lek Breakfast 2/3 times a month and it's good value for the Money IMO I am meeting with Emil and his TG and also OnMyWay I think there this morning for breakfast.

My 3 month total all included 65,865 Baht and don't feel I have missed out on any thing as it has been said some guys can do it on 20,000 and others can't get by on less that 70/80,000 What ever works.

While I do agree somewhat with this I rent here and am pleased with Value I get for the rent I pay. Has everything I am looking for at a great price. I have never felt unsafe due to so called poor Security. Paint Job YES needs that for sure. I have found the other Maintenence to be alright but yes could be better. And as far as a Prison feel well I guess for some that may be but I like the feel of the place and think of it as a little village within it's self having anything you could need right on the grounds. Food Shops, Laundrys, Massage shops,Beauty Parlor, Phone Shops, Pubs, Mini Marts, Gym, A Short Time Room, Internet Shops, Computer Repair. Yes great Value I feel for what I am paying. We can't lose sight that everyone is going to have differing opinions Makes the world go around

Gabor, You made a good point ... well sort of as you say the condo that he viewed for 890,000 must have been in your words the Low Class VT1 as I posted in my post above how long before VT2 is in the same shape as the low class VT1 ? It is bound to happen Up keep is all most unheard of they build these condo's and let them go to shit (again not all of the condo blocks) I resized your photos to be easy for viewing. You have a nice looking place but you can't control the condition of others units.

Alan, The fact that there are so many for sale or rent has to say something granted you are in VT2 but How long till that is some what like VT1 due to lack of up keep. The place I stay when built I am sure was a fantastic place and it works for me now but the up keep has went to shit Same as Mark described at VT1 they seem to build them and then let them (not all of them mind you) go to shit but look around at the high rises around town it is the same all over IMO.
