Like many of the previous posters I make PBG a regular stop when in town. The service, food and drinks are generally first class, however when there is a problem a quite word to one of the managers ALWAYS fixes the problem. If you can’t be bothered seeking out a manager to convey your problem you only have yourself to blame. As Pete has already stated they offer a genuine guarantee (which I have used on a couple of occasions in the past) so if you’re not happy, take them up on the guarantee first and then if you don’t get satisfaction you have every right to post negative comments on

Pete wrote about this some time ago. Apparently the expensive beer fridges he installed didn’t cut the pace in keeping the beer cold enough and he was regularly fielding complaints about the beer not being cold enough. To solve the problem he reverted to the tried and proven method of ice and cold boxes and since then he’s had no more complaints about warm beer. Just goes to show that sometimes the older methods are actually the best. As they say “Don’t try and fix it if it aint broke”.

G'day Sabaidii2 As others have mentioned, most of the rooms have lockable draws in the furniture that are big enough to store a laptop. Regarding security in the rooms I have never had a problem, with Ice the cleaner and Took & Liam downstairs being completely honest, a very refreshing thing in Pattaya – so much so that these days when I stay there I leave my laptop out on the desk 24/7. Sanget, I did a review on the place last year. Review Most of the information is still relevant, however some changes have been made since then, all for the better I might add. Since the review I spent 3 months their last Sept through to November and then 3 weeks in January and wholeheartedly agree with LBJ's comments. In fact, I just checked in last night for another 4 weeks For me, it's my second home - Dennis and his staff are first class.
