They windows are not one way mirrors. They are actually just heavily smoked glass, but anyone sitting next to them can see fairly well into them. You might have to put your nose on the window, but the occupants are not assured of visual privacy. They have wraparound curtains for that. Interesting concept though. Shortime right in the entertainment area -- obviously no shower is available, and if the girl has been dancing energetically, that might be an issue for some.

Last night it was a bit cool (comfortable for us farangs). In fact, I'd say the weather is beautiful now, aside from the occasionally unseasonably uncommon rainfalls. We should be drowning in rain now, but it's been quite dry compared to last year.

Once they've worked out their stocking/restocking procedures in the new market, I'll give them a go again. I met an expat living in BKK on a flight to the US a year or so ago, and she was telling me about the meat (steaks) available at Villa in BKK...I have been anxiously awaiting their arrival. Dinty Moore Beef Stew, eh? I'll definitely be back.

I think they should have removed it from the stock or marked it down in price. For an upscale, relatively expensive store, that's what I would expect. I'll give them another try sometime, but will be sure to check dates on their products from now on.
