Well, one thing I will say is that it is very rare to see a MB taxi with two passengers, both with helmets. They seldom, if ever, carry two extra helmets, so it's no surprise she wasn't wearing one. As to falling off the bike and hitting her head, I imagine that happens more than a few times a day, especially with drunken passengers and even more so with two drunken passengers riding two up.
