I call it being a niggardly troll. Look, if you want to go by the cost of the ingredients, then cook it yourself at home. No restaurant, even a Thai restaurant or street vendor, can afford to sell at the cost of the ingredients. That's just a simple-minded argument. Get a grip..not everyone wants to eat Thai food for all their meals. Good Italian food made with imported, genuine ingredients is going to cost more than a bowl of wontons. You're just looking for reactions. You got one from me...let's hope no one else feeds this troll.

Went to Tequila Reef last night with some friends after reading EP's review and subsequent comments here an on Facebook. I had avoided the place for years due to some negative reports as well as a couple of visits for their Thanksgiving buffet and a Superbowl Sunday morning. I do not recommend the buffets based on my experiences. However, last night was great fun, the margaritas were very powerful, the food was good, and the service was excellent. I'll be going again. The attached photos are reverse chronological order..the bill was the last thing we saw...

Boy, does this seemingly innocuous thread have legs! Seems there are some strong opinions about this feature and it's disabling, one way or the other. Regarding the gas savings, I was the one who mentioned that, as I think it is significant. I spend a lot of time watching 5 minute light cycles changing at Pattaya Tai and 3rd Road, also at Sukhimvit turning into Pattaya Tai or Klang, so I consider that a savings...no matter how much...2 baht or 20 baht over the course of a tank fill up...it's a savings (Honda claims 7% on average). But mostly I just like it because it works fine and to date, there have been no problems with the battery life, nor has anyone else who owns a PCX on this thread said there was. The OP simply said, he prefers the bike not to vibrate while he's waiting at a light or normally idling. I agree it's up to the rental vendor to do what he wants with his bikes, but the idle-stop feature is a significant enough differentiator from other bikes, that I agree with him that he is paying a higher price for a bike that has a significant feature disabled. If other vendors rent the bike with all its features, then he needs to evaluate the difference in price and service from where he is to others.

Chris, Sorry to hear you're moving on. You've, IMHO, used the forums the most effective and entertaining way to basically advertise...but you gave back by coming up with these stimulating quizzes. I just wish you had posted later each day, since only early birds like jacko got in under the wire while I was dozing.
