  1. Sorry...... A German guy called Helmut approaches a lady of the night in London . "I vish to buy sex viz you." "Okay," says the girl, "I charge £50 an hour." "Ist goot, but I must varn you, I am a little kinky." "No problem," she replies cautiously, "I can do a little kinky for an extra £10." Helmut agrees So off they go the girl's flat, where the German produces four large bedsprings and a duck caller. "I vant zat you tie zese springs to each of your hans und knees." The girl finds this odd, but complies, fastening the springs as requested. "Now you vill get down on your hans und knees." This she duly does, balancing precariously on the springs. "You vill please to blow zis kwacker as I make love to you." She thinks this even odder, but figures it's harmless (and the guy is paying). But the sex is fantastic: honking away on the duck caller, she is bounced all over the room by the energetic German. The climax is the most sensational she has ever experienced, and it's several minutes before she has enough breath to say, "That was totally amazing! What do you call that position?" "Zat," replies the German, "is ze Four-sprung Duck Technique.

  3. Just share and elaborate on my recent experiences both related to flights during the Covid time. 1) Booking with TT requested refund and after numerous emails and promises to contact back in 2 or 3 weeks without any conclusion or sign of a refund I resorted to claim back through my CC consequence money back on card 7 days later. This TT disputed with the CC. That’s my one and only TT experience, maybe in other circumstances they do ok. Never tge less not my problem (yet) CC need to sort it one way or another. Strangely my lad was booked on same flight he reclaimed through his CC and no dispute so far. 2) Flight booked with KLM actually was last year then rebooked to June this year. Recently last week they changed this flight time. I took the chance to request a refund because June isn’t going to work anyway and consequently refunded 7 days later. That’s my actual real experience and regarding TT my only comment about them was read the small print which most of us don’t but in these times it makes a lot of sense just to double check.
  4. One was a standard burger with curly fries the other was Pulled Pork Cob normal fries and a plate of Garlic bread which didn’t really need. Then a chocolates sundae.
  5. This works well for Football you need a bit of patience to find your teams game then try the different links. Sometimes English commentary but more often Thai. Keep in mind it’s free but works 9 times out of 10. Once you get used to it it’s easy. No log in or vpn needed anywhere in the world including China. https://www.warpfootball.com
  6. Just a note of caution with Travel Trolley read their small print in case of airline cancellation basically they have no liability. Voice of experience.
  7. Tried once very nice change have they finished the road construction nearby to it now ?
  8. I have always insisted on a Washing machine as priority but recently for the big stuff like sheets we’ve started using these laundries much more convenient and easy to use.
  9. Not quite so sure the group these days is so big let’s say from a westerner point of view. More these days or at least pre-Covid it was more and more Chinese and Japanese. I think specifically if you want to do something it would be sell and target the Chinese market with a good price. There are still a few around buying places not as many as was but I’d say that’s your best bet the problem with them is they are happy to pay big money for these shoebox condos in the high rise places as long as they are new. The other thing with selling the agents are obviously in it for a cut and that dilutes your return but definitely some genuinely good agents in town and some bad ones so do your homework. But if you’re serious no harm in registering with an agent on a for sale or rent deal costs you nothing. I sold one place I wasn’t bothered or in any rush I thought I’d just put it on the market never heard anything for 3 or 4 months then suddenly someone viewed it and 1 month later done and dusted sold, just about broke even. For expat families I think they are more up for the Houses more out towards Huay Yai and the dark side for easy access to the highway for the Eastern Seaboard.

  11. Location Location the condos there are really nice but 5 years ago they was asking the kind of rent you are thinking about now. For me money wasn’t a factor it was just that the location is too far away from Pattaya even I would say things have developed down there over the last years but it’s more for the vacationers. Good luck in these times.
  12. Over enthusiastic is a very nice description. For money in the bank TMB have savings account which is about 1.5% I think without any restrictions for taking money out.
  13. Funnily enough I once bought a bed from there and he was still there up until last week and when I drove past on Sunday the place was raised to the ground and gone. Buying a bed depends on you I bought my decent one from Index and I know not cheap but do you skimp on bed you’re spending half your life in... Didn’t see SB mentioned Sealy that’s what I bought very good.
