    The Jimmy Savile revelations are just the start of a huge sea change which will effect all of us who live in Pattaya, eventually, in regard to our future employment. There will be legal claims in regard to Savile against the BBC, NHS etc. Companies will be running scared that they will be employing potential paedophiles.     There is a homeless looking guy that I see sometimes walking around Soi 15 during the day. He doesn't have the long hair like the guy in the photos. In fact, it doesn't look like him at all, but he does talk to himself in German. He wears a sweater ( even in the heat ). Anyone else seen him?
