I need a cheap phone.

I need a cheap phone while in LOS since I might stay as long as six weeks there. So, where to get a cheap (used?) phone and second, can I use my old SIM card?

Most of the phone shops on the second floor of Big C have used phones on hand at cut rate prices.

I bought one last time at Big C also You can ask the lady u might need a new card sometimes they expire with time. BIG C has a new phone area but small shop inside the store I havent tried the 2nd hand place upstairs.

They have rock bottom budget phones for sale.. We checkd Car Four and a few other places first. For the low priced short trm phones which of course will be yours to keep they come about about the same price..

They were selling new Nokias on the 2nd floor of Tops for around 1800 baht which included the sim.

Both, but probably Pattaya since I will only be spending a few days in BKK and the rest in Pattaya. I can wait until then to get a phone.

If you've got an old phone at home or a friends that they don't use anymore etc Bring that with you it will work ok with a thai sim card.

Well I would say in BKK MBK probably has one of the biggest selections of used phones, though I'm quite sure there are cheaper alternative malls.

Thera are Friday marked near the big Lotus supermarked, on the higway to Rayong, there can you bay a cheap used telephone.

It must have took you awhile to figure out how to use it. But at least you gave me a call the day before you went back to the states.

Damn really? Walmart like as in the US? I've attempted to purchase hardware before and they told me I needed to sign a new contract in order to purchase the hardware. Dumb, but I just purchased this silly phone at MBK in Jan-Feb for about 1800
