glynbuk,

the accommodation is situated over 3 floors , so depending on which room you are allocated , you have to climb either one , two , or three flights of stairs.

the wifi has already been installed and is in working order.

installed and working.

The rooms look nice, but are they really 60m2?

They look a little smaller than the internet photos i've seen of view talley 1, which are usually listed around 30m2.

yes 60 m2 ,

having spent considerable time in several view talay studio condos ,i can assure you they are far bigger . these rooms are about the size of a double unit condo in view talay.

perhaps its difficult to tell from a photograph as opposed to being in the room .

in fact the en-suite bathroom of these apartments are about 15 m2 , which is around half the size of a studio condo itself.

does the rockhouse have a seperate entry or do you have to walk through the bar every time you go in or out also is there anywhere to park motorbikes

the rockhouse is open 24 hours a day , so there is no need for aseperate entrance .

there is ample space for parking motorbikes right outside the building.

Yes, you have to walk through the bar to get to the rooms and no, there are no dedicated places for motorcycle parking.

I think potential customers would like to know the additional cost of daily bedding changes.

Is mulphy avoiding the issue or does he think that weekly bedding changes are adequate, even when paying the higher Daily rate?

sorry ive taken so long to reply to jack jones and his usual slandering of both the rockhouse and myself.

i did ask mm to remove any posts by jack jones from the business threads but that request has been ignored.

i ll reply for now , but will probably have the whole thread removed at a later date.

ok first of all as i already replied , yes customers need to enter the accommodation via the bar , and collect their key from reception. why would that be a problem ?

secondly , let me assuse anyone , no matter what jack jones says , that the rockhouse does in deed have allocated parking for motorbikeswith space for up to around 12 or so bikes.

thirdly , in as far as bedding goes , our jack tries very hard but fails miserably to put people off by stating the rockhouse only change bedding one time per week.

when the facts of the matter are , that the rockhouse changes the bed clothes as often as any customer requires , even provides a full change of bedding in the room at all times.we do however only change the bedding once a week at our cost , all other changes are to be paid for by the customer.

i think , given the value for money of the accommodation , paying a small fee for changing the bedding on your request will not be an issue.

if it is an issue , then perhaps the rockhouse should not be your prefered place to stay.

no big drama either way.

ok jack.

In reality only persons that shit the bed every night require daily linen changes,I'm sorry that this appears to be your ailment J.J. however a visit to the pharmacy for some immodium will save you that added expense! :devil  :banana

Can I ask a really daft question please? - I'm 99.9% certain of the answer but just checking :banghead

So the bedding is changed once a week - can you confirm the bedding will also be changed at each 'check in' - so a new customer every two days, would result in new bedding every second day, not once a week.

It's just that I had a nightmare last night about sleeping in a bed full of pubic hair :bow and before anyone calls me a troll, I've on three occasions in my life, checked into a B&B and found an unchanged bed.

Thanks in advance :cry2

BTW:

I've seen Mulphy's rooms, can confirm the room size, the quality of the decor, furnishings and consider them 2 be excellent value for money - did not rent one though as I decided 2 stay in the Whitehouse, soi 13, coz I could not be bothered 2 move.

In your reality, people shit the bed every night. you must be one dirty b*stard.

I would assume that in other people's reality, they would be having sex most nights. So there's is the possibility of lying in the previous night's sexual emissions, plus their friend's and their hair.

Some people don't like the idea of sleep in the previous night's detritus. Clearly, you fantasize about it. Freak. :D

Pathetic.

When did this become a 'business' thread? You just started yet another a thread to promote yourself. Exactly the same as all of the others that you plaster over all of the forums.

This forum is open to opinion, that is why it works. It's not a forum for you to obtain free advertising censored in your favour. If it was, no one would visit nor be interested.

So, if you choose to obtain [/b]free advertising by self recommendation on the forums and pretending to garner opinion, don't be surprised when someone's opinion differs from yours.

You are truly pathetic.

I didn't state that the Rockhouse only changes the bedding once a week, the information came from you.

That fact that you have removed the post where you stated that your Housekeeper only changes the sheets once a week and that you, as the proprietor, had no idea of the cost of providing a daily service.

Ridiculous.

You simply suggested that your customer should head down to the laundrette with his sheets or bribe the Housekeeper to do so(and then pay extra for her to fit them?).

Hardly the wonderful service you are happy to bang on about....until challenged. Then we see your real personality.

You are just a deceitful liar, seeking to conceal the truth.

You sought to garner opinion, so there it is for all to see.

If you want one-sided advertising, but a banner ad or start your own forum. That way, no one has the right to reply.

I'm sure you won't, as no one would visit your forum and you seem to be content to live off the work of others.

Mulphy,

Just had a look at the pics. A stupid question ....... why is the TV at the other end of the room from the sitting area? I would have thought that if guys were going to relax with a few beers to watch the footie or something then the TV would be better nearer the seating area. Same, same with the fridge .... it's in the sleeping area. :banana It's not if you can be pushed for space, after all the rooms are 60 sq m.

I've got a phobia about sleeping on top of the dried pussy juice of women and because of my sexual techniques the women always flow. If the sheets are changed daily how much would that add to the cost if I was staying at the Rockhouse? The rooms look very good.

a daily sheet change would cost you 50 b per change.

Pathetic.

accusations , accusations , accusations , and not one word of truth.

your not a customer at the rockhouse, your not a former customer of the rockhouse , yet you pontificate as if you know the place inside out.

you know nothing.

but it doesnt stop you typing as if you did.

get a life , actually come to pattaya occassionally instead of typing about it.

in my experience , ive found most people prefer watching tv in bed , hence the reason for the rooms lay out.

however it wont be the first time we have moved the furniture to accommodate a customers preference and im sure not the last.
